Acuriq does not keep a backup of borrower documents, files, or loan flows. Once a document, file or loan flow is deleted from Acuriq, it is gone forever. If you have setup a document storage integration (Box, Drive, Dropbox, etc.), the file will be backed up and found in that system. The only other option in regaining these files is to re-request from the borrower.
